About Us:

The group PDQ consists of three artists that come from the streets of Detroit. Eturnal has been with the group since it started. He is C.E.O of P-Life Records as well as a producer and artist. Evil-D has been with the group since IT started. He is C.E.O of P-Life Records and an artist. Smoke Nitti who is now deceased, was with the group since it started . Sadly, Smoke Nitti was killed on the streets of Detroit in March of 1999. Eturnal and Evil-D kept the group going after their close friend, who was like a brother to them, departed. They dropped their first maxi single in September of 1999 and dedicated it to the memory of Smoke Nitti. The maxi single was sold on the streets of Detroit and at local neighborhood stores. After the success of the maxi single, PDQ later on brought out the album Streetz of Hell in 2003. The album was promoted in five states: Michigan, New York, Tennessee, Atlanta and California. The hit single “Whatz Poppin’” got air play on Detroit radio stations FM 98 WJLB and FM 102.7 and the Highland Park radio station. The single was also played in clubs in various cities. PDQ has performed at open mics, at cabarets, on MTV’s Roc Da Mic Tour and many other events. They later followed with a double-disc CD titled Detroit Drama-Da Compilation that is out on the streets right now. Da Compilation features Detroit artist such as; Big Herk, J-Nutty, Crossbow Records, Raw Diamond Cutt, John Drama and many more. PDQ has been featured on two compilations, Citty G album and four DVD documentaries. PDQ has given interviews in I-Muzik magazine and Rapfiles magazine, and they were featured in “Ear to the Street” in Murder Dog magazine. PDQ has a new album coming out the summer of 2008. The album is titled ITZ ALL N DA GAME featuring Freeway, Yukmouth, Big Herk and many more. PDQ is in the process of making videos and a compilation mix tape that will include a DVD titled 24 In Detroit which comes out next year. They work with Detroit’s Rap TV, Channel 71 on Comcast, for television promotions. Eturnal has played an extra in two movies, 8 Mile and Innocent Bystander. Eturnal and Evil-D are still currently running P-Life Records. P-Life Records consist of four groups DLE, Scurv Brothers, Total Destruction and PDQ. PDQ is also busy sponsoring the Open Mic Nite every Tuesday at Rado’s Lounge located on Harper Avenue in Detroit, MI. PDQ has the heart, soul, mind and life of a true ghetto child facing the everyday life of crime on the eastside of Detroit. PDQ chose to title their first album Da Streetz of Hell, relating it to real life issues. It features hit songs like: “This Is How It Is…,” “Why U Hatin’,” “Stay True,” “Will I Die Before I’m 21,” “Now A Dayz” and many more. Detroit Drama- Da Compilation, featuring Detroit artist on disc one and promoting P-Life Records artist throughout both disc, voices daily real life drama in the city of Detroit.
