About Us:
Born and raised in Grosse Pointe MI, where he developed his own interpretation of music he calls urban folk / rock / funk. Growing up listening to every kind of music he could get his hands on, JGraves conveys a sound that is unique to his own. JGraves brings his brand of urban folk rock to bars, clubs, and theaters across the country playing over 85 solo shows in 2007. JGraves is a Singer/Songwriter composing and performing all original music and lyrics. His blissful guitar melodies, piercing harmonica riffs and heart felt lyrics give you a glimpse into the solo stripped and acoustic soul of JGraves.
