For Hip-Hop fashion in Detroit, GoodFellas Wear is the place to go. They have the best gear at the best prices in a laid back shop where the music's always turned up. They frequently have local and national celebrities stop by to shop or just hang out.

Not only do they have a great store, they do their part for the community. They teamed up with other local businesses to give away free turkeys at Thanksgiving, gave away free coats twice last winter and they always give discounts to students who show their good grades.

Congratulations to our first pick and featured venue, The Double OO Pub. I had a chance to visit the pub earlier this week and I was happily surprised. It's a good small venue with some friendly regulars. They also run a karaoke night and an open mic night.

They are located near 7 Mile and Grand River in Redford. If you're looking for a good local place to have a drink, watch the game or see a show, stop by and support a great local pub.
