Free ads, are we crazy? While we are going to give away free ads, there is no way we can just give free ads to everyone. So what's the catch? You have to earn it using one of our newly added features.
To win the free advertising, you must win the LocalMusicLife.com Poll. The polling cycle will last for 1 week, and the winners will get a 150x150 pixel ad posted in rotation with the other winners. That means for 1 week, everywhere you see the promotional ad icon, your own ad could appear with a link directly to your profile page. You can advertise anything you want, just no vulgar, obscene or questionable text or images. If you don't have an ad to post, we can work with you to create one, free of charge.
We are hoping this new feature will benefit everyone. Help us promote our site, and we will help promote your artist, venue or music resource. Post a bulletin, send out messages, link to us or check out our Link Icons to help spread the word to your fans, friends or members and tell them to sign up and vote for you. There is no limit to how long you can win the promotion and all users can vote after successfully signing up. You don't need to create a profile to vote, only an activated account.

Offer Details:
Polling cycles last for 1 full week, from Monday through Sunday. Featured listings on the main page are changed on Monday, and winners will be contacted with more information. Winning ads will be displayed from Tuesday through Monday, giving winners a minimum of 24 hours to contact us or send us an ad to post after notification of their win at the poll. Registered users have the ability to vote only once in each of the three categories during each polling cycle. Since this is still a new feature, we reserve the right to change any rules if necessary.
