From the Backwoods of Shelby, Michigan, comes a band that Michigan has been craving for years; a high energy, rockin' country band! Backwoods Thunder is a fresh face on the Michigan music scene with energy, enthusiasm and a sound that is highly recognized but seldom heard in Michigan. Playing at local establishments throughout Michigan, Backwoods Thunder has brought with them Sold Out Crowds, record bar sales, and a loyal, high energy fanbase.

As performers and entertainers, Backwoods Thunder takes a great mix of Clasic Rock and Country and puts it together with their crowd pleasing personalities to really get the audience on their feet and having a great time.
Phil DeBrot is an awesome guitar player who has been playing guitar his entire life. The same is true for Jeff Toliver and his drums. Chad Flannery, new to the game at bass, has since become rock solid. Blair Kay has a natural talent for singing and entertaining. His energy and enthusiasm on the stage is sure to entertain and engage any audience.
